This southern Italian classic is blended from 100% Arabica beans and roasted by our onsite roaster to "full city roast." Full city is a medium roast that is reached in just a few minutes, when the beans are caught between the first and second popping. The Decaf Espresso Italia beans will exhibit balance between aroma, acidity, and complexity, producing a well-rounded espresso. Decaf Espresso Italia will surprise you with everything you'd expect in a gourmet espresso, with none of the jittery side effects.

Although we will be happy to grind it for you, we recommend ordering your espresso whole bean.
