Coffee grows in a strip along the Equator as far north as the Tropic of Cancer and as far south as the Tropic of Capricorn. Although coffees are affected by elevation, soil composition, rainfall, temperature, and humidity we have isolated traits that are common to coffees to each of the 7 regions. Explore the differences with the bold body of Indonesian coffees, the fruitlike acidity of Kenya, or the smooth balance of a South American.
